                                                             i.      SOPHE Annual Meeting; San Diego, CA

                                                          ii.      Intoduction to Eta- went over the basics of Eta, such as dues, activities, what we are all about!

·       Vice President of Education

                                                             i.      National Health Education Week- Oct 12^th- 18^th, starting a committee to help out with task

                                                          ii.      Trick-Or-Treat Safety Oct 27^th-31^st ; targeting Day Cares

·       Vice President of Service

i.                   Adopt-A-Highway Sep. 19^th @ 1:00 Meet outside the Italian Oven

ii.                Health Department- Main connection to help out in the community,  will be partnering with them later on.

·       Vice President of Research

i.                   Working with VP of Ed for NHEW

ii.                Questionnaire for Women’s Network- not going to work.

·          Treasurer – total balance $1,528.80

·          Secretary/ Membership Coordinator-

i.                   Bulletin Boards – In the process of coming up with themes to use. 

ii.                Save Lids to Save Lives- Save up all Yoplit lids, give to Danielle or drop in pink boxes. 

·          Historian- Take pictures.

·          Fundraising- Magazine Selling

·          Social- Paintball game in Rosebush $5 for a day pass and Uncle Johns Cider Mill in Fall- use meetingwizord.com to tell us what times and days you are able to attend the social- be on the look out for an e-mail from Kendra for this!

·          Publications- Starting apparel soon- using C &O, Recruitment meeting ad in CM-Life

·          SGA- First meeting next Monday

·          SLAC- no information yet

V.               Other

·       Goals/Objectives- Created new goals for the upcoming year!

·       Web Advisor- Ashley Teed, new web advisor

·       CMU and You Day- We are not going to take place in this year.

·       Kaplan Test Prep- Professional experience will help with any testing (GRE, ect.)- no cost, trying to pair up with another RSO to have one large meeting with both groups.

·       Reminder: Keep track of everything for Annual Report

·       Next meeting 2 weeks from today!!
