                                                          ii.      Flyers- Hand out flyers for Eta in classes and throughout different classes

                                                             i.      National Health Education Week- Oct 12^th- 18^th, starting a committee to help out with task

                                                          ii.      Trick-Or-Treat Safety Oct 27^th-31^st ; targeting Day Cares

·       Vice President of Service

i.                   Adopt-A-Highway Sep. 19^th @ 1:00 Meet outside the Italian Oven- Sign up sheet passed out

ii.                Crop-Walk Oct. 5^th

iii.             Health Department- Main connection to help out in the community,  will be partnering with them later on.

i.                   Genetics- idea for next research project

iii.             Attitude/knowledge of ESG on campus

·          Treasurer – total balance $1851.83

·          Secretary/ Membership Coordinator- Get the word out for Eta because we need new members! Sign up sheet for committee bulletin boards in Foust

·          Historian- Keep an eye out for any Eta pictures.

·          Fundraising- Magazine Selling idea

·          Social- Paintball game in Rosebush $5 for a day pass and Uncle Johns Cider Mill in Fall- use meetingwizord.com to tell us what times and days you are able to attend the social- be on the look out for an e-mail from Kendra for this!

·          Publications- Starting apparel soon- any new ideas, Recruitment meeting ad in CM-Life

·          SGA- First meeting next Monday

·          SLAC- no information yet

·       Birthday/Contact List- Please fill out if new! Will be posted on Blackboard.

·       Office Hours- Each E-Board member will have once a month office hours, that are posted on Blackboard have committee meetings once a month.

·       Bulletin boards- Sign up to help in Foust with these.

·       Apparel- Ideas??

·       Goals/Objectives- Will be presented at next general meeting for this upcoming year.

·       Web Advisor- We are looking to fill this position, let us know if you are interested.

·       Semester Outlook- POSITVE!!

·       CMU and You Day- We may have a booth in the HP- still looking into ideas.

·       Constitution/ By-Laws- In the process of changing.

·       Recruitment Meeting- Set for Wednesday September 17^th at 6:30pm- Dress is presentable (no sweatpants)

·       E-Board Suggestions- Tell just what you want to see in the up-coming E-Board meetings!

·       McNair Scholar Program- Program for sophomores or juniors informational meeting on Sep 9^th at 5:00 in the UC- Foust 148 for more information.

·       Kaplan Test Prep- Professional experience will help with any testing (GRE, ect.)- no cost, will check into for more details.

·       DMC from Run-DMC- in Placta tonight Free!

·       Other? Put together some information on Eta to those who sign health related majors, to get more involved!
