Membership Qualifications:

  • Must have a signed major or minor in School Health Education, Health Fitness, Public Health Education, Substance Abuse, or other health related major
     

  • Graduate students in Health Promotion and Program Management also qualify
     

  • Must possess an overall GPA of 2.5 and a GPA of 2.7 in all Health Promotion and Rehabilitation courses

* We primarily focus on school, public health, and health education areas of concentration.

Benefits of Membership:

  • Each member, upon initiation, receives a certificate of membership, membership card and the official pin of the honorary.

  • In addition, membership includes a subscription to 'The Health Educator' and 'The Health Education Monograph Series.' This affords an excellent vehicle for sharing ideas about the profession.
