Any Fencer is invited to participate in club practices. They must provide there own basic equipment
(i.e. Mask, Lame, Jacket, Glove, and Weapon). If you are interested in becoming a fencer and are a
student at Central Michigan University, it is recommended that you take the beginning foil or epee fencing class.
These classes are offered in both the fall and spring semesters at CMU in the Physical Education Department
section of your bulletin. If a Fencer would like to become a member of FACMU they must adhere to the
membership rules stated in the constitution.
We invite all CMU students to join our club or at least come out and see what fencing is all about.
It is a fun, challenging sport with big rewards. If you are interested please contact any of the
