So, what does Swing Kids really do...  What are you going to learn by coming to our meetings?

Swing Kids advocates and teaches a type of swing known as "social swing."  This means we're going to teach you what it takes to be confident about dancing on a social dance floor.  We want you to be able to go out there and ask anyone to dance! 

We do not teach aerials, jumps, or flips due to liability concerns.  These are also inappropriate for the social dance floor.  They are normally reserved for performances, and as such, you won't learn them from us unless it's during an intensive workshop.

There are other ways to make your dancing look cool and that's what we're going to try to teach you!
